Boldness vs. Reason

And the question becomes: do you just go after what you want/what you’re interested in, or do you simply cut your losses because things aren’t happening the way they’re “supposed to”?  Is that surrendering your courage, or behaving realistically?  And every damn time, the analytic process is the same and the answer is different based on context and circumstance.

And in an unrelated matter: my shoulder has been aching for weeks and I’m afraid it’s bone cancer or something else awful - should I go ask for an MRI?  …it feels like a muscle thing…

  1. glamsoda said: Too early for the first topic but re: pain, google your symptoms. It could be referred pain from a trigger point in a different muscle. I was sure I had a blood clot in my calf but it turned out to be referred pain from a knot in my thigh muscle!
